Delaware Taxpayer Portal for Businesses

In 2021, the Delaware Division of Revenue launched its new taxpayer portal for businesses. The portal is designed to replace the old website where you could file and pay withholding taxes and gross receipts reports. Mellon Bank has stopped accepting payments made through the old website. Any payments entered on the old website may be returned causing interest and penalties to be assessed.

Because of this, we are urging our clients to begin using the new portal as soon as possible.

In 2021, we wrote a letter instructing our clients to get in touch with us if they did not receive their portal PIN in the mail. We assisted many of our clients with retrieving their PINs, setting up with their portal accounts, and adding us as an authorized CPA user so we can view their taxpayer accounts.
